Responsibilities
- & Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for real estate-focused clients, including partnerships, flow‑through entities, closely held businesses, and related individual returns
- Understand clients’ real estate investment structures and business objectives; identify and analyze tax issues and clearly articulate relevant tax considerations, application of authority, and conclusions
- Lead tax engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring fees, and timely delivery
- Provide proactive tax planning related to real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and ongoing operations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high‑touch service and serving as a trusted advisor
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all client tax returns and related deliverables
- Review work prepared by team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure technical quality and accuracy
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior associates, supporting both technical and professional growth
- Stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations affecting the real estate industry

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation Active
- CPA license
- required 5+ years of progressive public accounting
