As a Flow‑Through Tax Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, S corporations, and other pass-through entities. In this role, you will prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns, conduct technical tax research, and support planning initiatives for a diverse client base ranging from middle-market businesses to high-net-worth individuals.

Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, REIT projects, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
Supervise tax associates' assignments and managing the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance / consulting services to the client.
Develop and motivate tax associates by providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis in Flow-Through Taxation.
Degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus)
Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license OR EA certified
Participate in tax research about complex tax issues.
Exposure to a variety of entities and industries.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrates proactive thinking.
Experience developing and training associate level professionals.
